About these terms

These terms cover the LovCura website and ordering services operated by LovCura, LLC. Clinical services may have separate terms supplied by the treating clinician or pharmacy. Questions about these terms or an order? Contact lloving@lovcura.com.

Platform and medical care

LovCura connects customers with clinical and pharmacy services through Prescribery. Website information and the treatment guide are for browsing; they are not a diagnosis, treatment recommendation or substitute for your clinician. A clinician makes medical decisions and determines whether a prescription is appropriate.

Eligibility and availability

Services are intended for adults 18 or older. Availability varies by product, your location and clinical requirements. Provide accurate information during checkout and clinical intake. Products marked Coming soon are not offered for sale on this website.

Not for emergencies

Do not use this website, its contact form or email for urgent medical needs. Call 911 if you think you are having a medical emergency.

Payments and prescriptions

Choose direct a-la-carte at retail with a $39 consultation, or a three-month commitment with 15% off medication and a $0 consultation. Both options have a one-time $50 enrollment fee per customer and $39 shipping per order. Nothing renews automatically. Launch pricing is shown for reference. Purchasing, account access and medical intake are currently disabled. Product listing does not establish availability or eligibility. Prescription treatment requires clinical review; payment never guarantees a prescription.

Billing issues and cancellation requests

Contact lloving@lovcura.com about duplicate charges, billing errors, cancellation requests or a consultation that did not occur. Requests are reviewed with the relevant clinical or payment service; a refund is not automatically promised. Contact us promptly if you want to cancel. Cancellation does not automatically reverse a completed clinical review, and a pharmacy may be unable to change an order once fulfillment begins. Nothing in these terms limits rights or refunds required by applicable law.

Medication and delivery issues

Medication return and refund requests depend on the dispensing pharmacy, fulfillment status and applicable law. Contact lloving@lovcura.com about an incorrect, damaged or missing delivery so the appropriate service can review it. Do not return medication without instructions from the pharmacy.

Accounts and communications

Keep account access secure and your order details accurate. Order and service messages may be sent to your supplied email address. Use the clinical intake channel for medical information; ordinary email and the public contact form are not intended for it. Reading website information does not give consent to medical treatment.

Changes and legal rights

The date above identifies the latest version of these terms. Changes do not retroactively remove rights that apply to an existing order. These terms do not waive non-waivable consumer rights or require arbitration.
